Refunds And Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 14 days in original condition on full price items, minus $10 postage, so long as their hygiene stickers and tags are still attached. We reserve the right to refuse the refund of items with any marks or damage, as they are no longer sellable. Return postage costs are not covered. Please consider using trackable postage or purchasing postage insurance as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit. Returning items must be received by Yindi & Salt before exchanging products are posted out. Alternatively, to receive the new item quicker, you can complete a 2nd order, and the 1st order will be refunded once it is returned.
Sale items can be only be returned for store credit.
