Return Policy
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition. Please ensure hygiene stickers & tags are in place & returned items are in the original packaging.
- Items purchased at full price, or discounted 30% or less, are eligible for exchanges or refunds, minus $10 postage costs.
- Sale items discounted between 30%-50% are eligible for return for exchange or store credit only.
- Sale items discounted more than 50% are final sale and not eligible for return.
Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 14 days, and must be received by Yindi & Salt before refunds are processed or exchanges are posted. For purchases between now & Xmas we are extending the return period until after Xmas day.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of items with any marks or damage, as they are no longer sellable.
Please consider using trackable postage or purchasing postage insurance as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
